First I assign and recommend my Soull to God who gave it and my Body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a Christian and decent manner at the Discretion of my Executors and for such Worldly Goods as it hath Pleased God to Bless me with in this Life, I Give and Bequeath and Disperse of in the following manner. Viz. l give and bequeath to my son John Weatheril That whole Plantation which I purchased of Richard Pitman laying in the Corporation of New Brunswick in the County of Middlesex and Province aforesaid and also one hundred acres off that tract where wagoner now Lives off the west end of said Tract to him his Heirs and Assigns forever, But if he should Die without issue Then I give the above Tract of land to my Grandsons John Weathril Dey and Vincent Dey, Share and Share alike. I give and Bequeath to my Wife Mary the use of my Plantation I now live on and also my Negros and all the Stock of Creatures of all kinds, farmer utensils and household Furniture During her Widdowship. Will Signed, Sealed, Published pronounced and Delivered by John Weatheril to be his Last will and Testament in the Presence of Robert Barclay, John Snedecor, Benjamin Griggs, Robert Barcklay and Benjamin Griggs two the Witnesses to the written will being duly sworn on the Holy Evangelist of almighty God did So orally depose and Say that they and each of them Saw John Wetherill the Testator therein Named Sign and Seal the Same and heard him Publish pronounce and declare the within writing to be his Last will and Testament and that at the doing thereof the said Testator was of Sound and disposing mind and memory as far as these deponents Know and as they verily believe and that John Snedecor the other Subscribing Evidence was Present at the same time and Signed his name as Witness to the said Will together with these deponents in the Presence of the said Testator.
