Oka married Vernon Alonzo Parker, son of Alonzo Parker and Laura Frances Crownover, on Jan 31, 1925. Oka Jewell Shular died on Mar 30, 1991 at Belleview, Iron County, Missouri, at age 86.
     She was also known as Oka Opal Jewel Shular. She was also known as Jewell Okey Shular.

Paul married Bobby W. (Unknown). Paul Clarence Haynes died on Feb 3, 2004 at Donaldsonville, Seminole County, Georgia, at age 73. Paul was buried at Garden of Memories, Crestview, Okaloosa County, Florida.

Funeral services for Paul Clarence Haynes, 73, of Donalsonville, were held Friday, Feb. 6, at Reynolds Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Jerald Haynes and the Rev. James Scarborough officiating.

Interment was in the Garden of Memories in Crestview, Fla.

Mr. Hayes died Feb. 3, 2004, at his residence. He was a native of Arcadia, Mo., and a former resident of Pensacola, Fla., before moving to Seminole County. After joining the Marine Corps at the age of 16 and attending boot camp at Parris Island, he was sent to Shanghai, China. From 1953-1955 he served as drill instructor for the Aviation Officer Candidate School at the Naval Air Station at Pensacola. He later served as the ROTC instructor at the University of Mississippi, and for 20 years was head drill instructor in Pensacola.

After serving a tour of duty in Vietnam, he returned to head the Aviation Officers Candidate training at Pensacola, retiring from the Marine Corps with the rank of captain after 22 years of service.
He was a successful building contractor in Pensacola prior to moving to Lake Seminole in 1990, where he became active in community affairs and continued his work as a contractor. He was a member of the board of the Spring Creek Volunteer Fire Department and assisted with the construction of the building. A member of Reynolds Chapel United Methodist Church, he served on the board of trustees and the long range planning committee. He was instrumental in designing and supervising construction of the new church sanctuary, which was finished in 2002. He was also a Mason and a Shriner.
Survivors include his wife, Bobby W. Haynes; three sons, Paul Stephen Haynes of Pensacola, Scott Haynes of Jacksonville, Fla., and David Haynes of Summerville, S.C; three daughters, Cindy Leigh Armstrong of Alpharetta, Ga., Kimberly DuPree of Columbia, Md., and Suzanne Haynes of Jacksonville; two brothers, the Rev. Dr. Jerald Haynes of Fort Worth, Texas, and Jimmy Haynes of Valrico, Fla; one sister, Ruth Fonville of Colorado Springs, Colo; and nine grandchildren.

Gerald married Helen Snow, daughter of Farley Solomon Snow and Exie Julie Boyd, on Jun 4, 1955 at South Eastern Bible Chapel, Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama. Rev. Gerald Allen Haynes died on Jan 19, 2007 at Kindred Hospital, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, at age 72.
     He was also known as Dr. Jerald Haynes. He resided at at Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, in 2004.

FT. WORTH, Texas | Gerald Allen Haynes, age 72, of Ft. Worth, Texas, died Jan. 19, 2007 at Kindred Hospital in Ft. Worth. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Heritage Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Jameson officiating. Burial will follow in Davis Creek Cemetery in Brookwood with Heritage Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Jessamine Haynes; brothers, Gene Haynes, Paul Haynes, and John Haynes.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Haynes of Ft. Worth, Texas; daughters, Marcia Heineman of Duncanville, Texas and Karen H. Foreman of Arlington, Texas; son, Allen Haynes of Euless, Texas; sister, Ruth Fonville of Colorado Springs, Colo; brother, Jimmy Haynes of Tampa, Fla; grandchildren, Jonathan and David Foreman of Arlington, Texas, Jay, Sarah, Rachael, and Nathan Heineman of Papua New Guinea.

Gerald was born in Arcadia, Mo. He trusted Jesus as his Savior at age 9 and was baptized in the river at Poplar Bluff, Mo. He dedicated his life to missionary service in Asia and served with OMF, Int. for 49 years. Next to his Lord, his greatest love and concern was always for his family. His children experienced his encouragement and care. Gerald was always active in the community, wherever he and his family lived, across oceans, or across the street.

Pallbearers are Richard Cooley, Jac Weller, Michael Watson, Gary Standifer, Wesley Standifer and Bruce Hayes.

Honorary pallbearers are William Longshore, Harold Hunt, Fritz Harter, Don Hawkins, Leon Gillaspie, Anne Collins, and Ethel Hoff.
