Elsie married Michael Frank Reiter on Mar 7, 1968 at Salt Lake Temple, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah. Elsie Abbott died on Jan 7, 2004 at Sandy, Salt Lake County, Utah, at age 58. Elsie was buried at Granite Cemetery, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah.
     

Elise Abbott Reiter 1944 ~2004 ?Elise Abbott Reiter 59, passed away Wednesday January 7, 2004 in her home in Sandy UT. Born December 14, 1944 in Logan, UT to James and Erma Abbott. Graduated Marsh Valley High School and attended USU, Ricks and Steven Henager's business college. ?Elise served in the Cumorah Mission (NY) for the LDS Church. Married Michael Frank Reiter on March 7, 1968 in the Salt Lake City Temple. Mother to three daughters; Keri (Dave), Kristi (Chris), Taralee (Jessy) also grandmother to eight grandchildren; Britany, Chealsy, Jacob, Brayden, Nicholas, Sheree, Tyler, and Michael. Many nieces and nephews. In her youth Elise enjoyed such things as dance, 4-H, she was a member of the high school cheer squad, and a very dedicated member of the LDS Church. Later in life she enjoyed shopping with her daughters and spending time with her grandkids and family. ?Preceded in death by her mother and father. Survived by her brothers Lael (Polly) Abbott and Brent (Vicki) Abbott. ?Elise was a thoughtful, kind loving person and will be missed very much. "We know you are in a better place reunited by those from your past but our hearts will continue to ache until we see you again". Funeral Services will be held Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, 11 a.m. at the Granite 11th Ward Chapel, 9855 So. 2300 E. Friends and family may call Sunday, January 11, 2004 at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley Mortuary, 1007 W. So Jordan Parkway (10600 So.) from 5-7 p.m. and Mon. 10-11 a.m. at the church. Interment Granite Cemetery.
