His sons Richard and Thomas were appointed executors, and it was witnessed by jonathan Reynolds, Noah Smith, and John Conover, Jr. Richard Risley died in Feb. 1767 at Great Egg Harbor, Gloucester County, New Jersey. His estate was proved on 20. Feb. 1767.
