Lefferson, wife of Earl Lefferson, Christmas Day on the twenty-second anniversary ofher wedding day, at her home on the lower Blue Ball Pike. Mrs. Lefferson's health had been impaired several years and her passing came as a termination to patient suffering. She was 42 years old. Shortly after the entrance of Christmas Day, her life quietly came to an end, leaving an aching void in the home. Death occurred at 12:45 a.m. Mrs Lefferson was born in Cleveland, O.,May 19, 1880, being the eldest daughter of Mrs. Frank Sellers of Baltimore Street. She was a beautiful, loving companion and mother to the following bereaved survivors: the hsuband, one son, Russell, two daughters, Ruth and Mary, the mother and one sister. Funeral services will be held Thursday at the residence at 2 p.m. and will be conducted privately. Rev. J. R. Hatter, of Dayton, will efficiate and interment will be made in Woodside cemetery.

She was a member of the Golden Years Club and Center Township Farm Bureau. Survivors include two daughters, Rozella Johnson and Margaret Carpenter, and a sister, Olive Bentley, all of Valparaiso; eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Services 2 p.m. Friday at Wetmore-Moeller Funeral Home; the Rev. M.W. Robert Craig officiating; burial Graceland Cemetery; visitation 4 to 9 p.m. today. On 29. Jul. 1982. She was buried on 30.
