In his will dated Mar 2, 1757, Evert Van Wicklin of Somerset County, yoeman, mentioned his wife Cornelia; his daughter Antje; his brother Nicholas Van Wickelen; his brother-in-law Rem Lupardus; his sisters Mattje (wife of George Anderson, Jr.), Seytje (wife of John Boice), Dinah (wife of John Probasco), and Anne (wife of Jacob Suydam); and children of his deceased sister Elsje (late wife of Joseph Mount). The executors were his brother and brother-in-law, and the witnesses were John Van Buren, Bernardus La Grange, and Brunt Neume. Evert Van Wicklin died on 3. Mar. 1757 at Somerset County, New Jersey, at age 31; in a fire with his wife. His estate was proved on 17. Mar. 1757.

Oct. 1747 at Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey. Johannes Jacobse Van Winkle married Eva Kip on 25. Oct. 1747 at Dutch Reformed Church, Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey. Johannes Jacobse Van Winkle died in 1808. His estate was proved on 20. Aug. 1808; he leaves his homestead fram in township of New Barbados, containing about 100 acres, and a lot of woodland, bounded east by Henry Kipp's land, to grandsons, Jacob and Isaac Van Winkle, sons of his son, Jacob. He also leaves bequests to his son Isaac, and L200 each to his four daughters, Wyntie, Gertye, ann and Effie.
