Will of Polly Mabee (widow of John Mabee, of the Town of Royalton, Niagara County, dated 4/10/1875, proved on 11/17/1879, mentions children John Mabee, Polly Collar (wife of Silas Collar), Benjamin C. Mabee and Marcus Mabee. Also mentions Mary Mabee, widow of son James Mabee. Polly Chubb died in 1878.

My family has used sever first name's over and over,the Most Dominante Being William,Joseph ,Edward ,Henry ,Mathai.I have evidance of a Joseph Chumar of Monmouth County ,New Jersey in the year 1830 bye way of a census index of Middletown Township NJ ,NJ1840 Federal Census Index NJ558343065 .I also have a William Chumar listed in both Monmouth County NJ in 1840 and A William Chumar listed in 1850 ,Plumsted Township ,Out side of BrickTownNj ,I know the area Quite well.I believe that the William Chumar or Joseph Chumar may be the Spouse of Mary Schenck Conover as she was born 1821 and the Chumar listing's go back as far as 1840 ,The Chumar Family has Been Known through out the State's of New Jersey and New York for a few Hundred Year's or more .The Chumar's I have spoken of are direct decendant's to myself and my family Chumar.The Conover name and Shenck name as well the name 's Vigne,Verplanck ,Wynantse -Van Der Poel ,Linked to Last name Tunis ,Longstreet ,Hendrickson,the name of a person -one called CannonCrownoverLoyd/May Collins................Perhap's these name may ring a few bell's with the Conover Family,I am of Dutch and Brittish Descent,Brit on My Mum's side of the family Dutch on My father's He is known as Edward William Chumar jr ,I am his Daughter Katherine Marie Chumar,I lean more onward toward the Brittish way's of Upbringing,As Fact my way of speaking and evident accent,I have been searching For Relative's in The USA ,I also live in the USA ,,,,,,

William H. Chumar began military service on 31. Aug. 1861 at New Jersey; Enlisted as a private. He Company D, 4th New Jersey Infantry. Rank Induction Sergeant, Rank discharge Corpaoral c 1862. He promoted to Corporal on 1. Mar. 1863. He ended military service on 9. Jul. 1865 at Halls Hill, Virginia; was a corporal.
