Received on acre on 8/25/1906 from Japhet and Eliza Frambes for $1.00 , beginning center of road passing Bargaintown School House where it intersects the north line of Harbeson's land. This was a portion of the Job Frambes estate which Japhet inherited. Deed Book 228, page 404. Ina R and Ira Smith mortgaged the property on 3/7/1908-paid off 7/19/1919 book of deeds 368, folio 484 etc on 25. Aug. 1906. 8/30/1940 Transfer inheritance Tax Bureau document show the estate of Japhet I Frambes left Ina Smith of RFD #2, Pleasantville, NJ the following: on 30. Aug. 1940. Ina R. Frambes died in 1944. She was buried in 1944 at Zion Methodist Church, Bargaintown, Atlantic County, New Jersey. Block 79 E, Lot 23 Patcong Creek. Block 69 E, 4 Central Avenue. Block 70 E, 8 Water Street all in Egg Harbor Twp.
