I Hannah Tobie of Sandwich being weak of Body yet of perfect minde & memory do make this my Last will & testament, hereby making void all other wills formerly made by me. First, I comitt my precious soul to God in Jesus Christ hoping for eternal Life thrô the all sufficient merit & continuall Intersession of my Dear Redeemer. 2ly I comitt my Body to the Grave to have decent buryal and my funerall charges to be paid out of my estate. 3ly My will is that my just debts shall be paid out of my estate. 4ly I give unto Seth Fish my loving son the sum of Twenty shillings to be paid to him out of my Estate as a Token of my Love. 5ly I do give & bequeath unto my six children hereafter mentioned all & singular wtsoever shall be found within doors or without which doth of right belong to me in manner and form as followeth viz. To my son Samuel Tobye and my daughter Abiah Tobye his wife one full third part of my sd estate. And to my son Garsham Tobye and my daughter Mehitable Tobye his wife another third part of ye sd Estate. And to my son Eliakim Tupper and my daughter Johannah Tupper his wife the other third part. To them & each of them their Heirs & assigns as equally to be divided as may be. Finally I do hereby constitute & appoint my dear son Seth Fish to be my whole and sole Executor to this my Last will & testament. In witness whereof I do here sett my hand & seal This third day of March Annoque Domini one thousand seven hundred and twenty 1720/1.
