     Willem Crom was also known as William Florisse Krom. Willem Crom was born circa 1675 at Flatbush, Kings County, New York. He was the son of Floris Willemsz Crom and Helena Adriaens. Willem Crom married Gerritje Van Houten, daughter of Theunis Roelofse Van Houten and Trytje Claes Cuyper, on 11 October 1699 at Tappan, Rockland County, New York. Willem Crom died in 1706 at Rockland County, New York.
